Baths and Wood Burning Fireplaces!
Escape to a romantic hideaway in one of our special whirlpool
/ fireplace guest rooms; The Fo'c'sle (queen bed and private
outdoor entrance) and the Captain's Cabin (four-poster queen
bed). Each of these rooms has a 90-gallon, two-person heated
whirlpool tub situated in the bedroom overlooking a woodburning
fireplace - no gas jets behind fake logs or whirlpool tucked
away in the bathroom. We have not yet heard of another B &
B in Midcoast Maine which has the whirlpool tub actually overlooking
the fireplaces.

Or,
try one of our very romantic fireplace rooms, the East or
the Garden (both with king beds).
The
Fo'c'sle, the East and the Garden Rooms all have private outdoor
entrances and therefore, are particularly convenient accommodations
for guests bringing their dogs. We provide unlimited firewood
for our guest room fireplaces.
